Shooting it Straight – Water Signs|Feb 3-7, 2020

Here’s a heads-up on the challenge or obstacle you’re likely to face in your love relationship this week (problem) and what’s at the root of it (action). The advice is irreverent, a bit cheeky, unfiltered and admittedly brazen. The message is putting either you or your partner on notice. You know who you are! If you’re offended by the truth or strong language–stop here.

Are you both happy with the current arrangement or do you feel that one of you has too much control? Either way truth is key to the success of a practical or emotional endeavor. The issue may center on maternal instincts, material luxury, projects, pleasure, or well-being, but a situation is incubating as you await results. One of you may discover that you haven’t adequately applied yourself or that you’ve gone way too far. As a result, there’s either a break in the communication or you’re being introduced to a new way of thinking that offers greater freedom. This enlightenment comes at a cost or confrontation–more or less so than you had anticipated. Negatively, the dynamics are off because one of you is overthinking or is overly aggressive. Positively, there are brilliant ideas matched by stimulating conversation that helps to smooth over the rough edges.

And what is it that either of you may need to know but don’t really want to hear?

A beautiful mind.

Someone’s under tremendous pressure to change. A recent and rude awakening through a crisis or confrontation may have upended the very foundation of a situation resulting in inevitable or irrevocable change. This may pertain to hardcore life situations involving property, health challenges, large sums of money, sexuality, surgery, or the psychological. Whatever the case, an imposed and unexpected shift in circumstances means that one of you will have to surrender something you’d rather not. While it feels like tragedy, it may very well be an opportunity for either of you to free yourselves from a situation that has blocked growth. Matters have reached crisis point to deliver you to the other side of something that you played a role in. You’ll either repair, improve, clarify, or begin something new or close out the last chapter in a story.

And what is it that either of you may need to know but don’t really want to hear?

Clean up your mess.

One of you has reached saturation point as far as what you can manage, spend, grow, or organize. It could be that change is now in order because the dream is becoming unrealistic, or you’d prefer that things remain just as they are because you’re satisfied with where you are in matters. Either of you could be extending offers through gestures, overtures, or invitations only to be greeted with indifference or self-absorption. The problem may be that it’s difficult to relax when there’s a dilemma to be solved or a goal that seems to require complete and total focus. But the lack of motivation to connect could end up as a missed opportunity where you’ve taken each other for granted. Perhaps it’s time to re-evaluate whether the withdrawal from social activity is actually paying off.

And what is it that either of you may need to know but don’t really want to hear?

Full of it.
