Sustainability and Eco-Friendly

Most of our products are outsourced by partners we’ve chosen because their concern for the environment aligns with our philosophy about caring for earth. This means being mindful of finite resources and producing on demand to avoid waste while still providing you with the quality products you deserve. Some of our eco-friendly collections consist of items made of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or a mix of these materials. The inks used in production are vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. To avoid overproduction, fulfilling your order on demand takes time, but good things are worth the wait. We hope that you feel patience is a worthy investment in helping to sustain the planet.

Card Decks

Please note that card decks are produced and delivered separately from other items in your order. The purchase of a deck currently includes an additional flat shipping rate at checkout. Standard shipping for decks is 7-10 days after your order is processed.

Return Overview

We don’t do returns and exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind about a purchase. However, in case of a damaged or defective product, or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange beyond the 30 day limit.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged goods. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Please note that at this time we do not ship outside of the continental United States, but plan to expand our markets in the future in accordance with the following guideline:

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore The Alchemist Astrologer LLC reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Exempt from Return

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as gift cards, books and digital downloads including but not limited to e-books, courses, magazines, articles, and videos cannot be returned.


Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exempt from Refund

Astrology and tarot services including but not limited to charts, reports, consultations, and readings as well as membership subscriptions cannot be refunded. Memberships may be cancelled at the end of the terms of agreement. Only regular priced items may be refunded; purchase of sale items is final and cannot be refunded.

Late Refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you believe you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please double-check your bank account and/or contact your bank. If your purchase was by credit card, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Delays

Please note that during COVID-19 or other events outside of our control, it’s possible that your shipment may be delayed. If we anticipate this possibility, we’ll post a notice on our site for your consideration prior to purchase or send you an email with the estimated delivery date if your purchase has already been made.

Marked delivered but not received

We use several courier services for fulfillment and ask that you closely monitor your package in transit with any tracking information you receive in anticipation of delivery. If your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. You’re advised to contact the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. If you are unable to locate the package, we’re unable to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers.
