How did you sleep last night? Finding that all of your insecurities are rising to the surface while you battle with yourself over some spiritual dilemma? Are you going over old ground or re-enacting conversations with replacement dialogue? Emotions may stem from anxiety, doubt or guilt due to illness or worries about loved ones. Perhaps you want to step in and save the day, yet are having to come to terms with letting others make their own decisions. A challenge to your desires causes your mind to work on overdrive to find solutions. However, much of your fear could be unfounded–you may just be imagining the worst. In fact, if you are honest with yourself, it’s likely that there are other choices you have been unwilling to consider up to this point. The key lies in perspective. While difficult to do, allow yourself some distance from a situation that seems hopeless for now, and wait for better circumstances under which to act in the near future.
