The new moon in Libra conspires with the sun in confidential activities and situations that take place behind the scenes, within the secluded confines of spaces meant for recovery, retreat or rehabilitation, and through the inner conflicts of our most secret emotions. The balance and harmony of associations, fateful partnerships, and significant relationships are highlighted in matters tied to either defiance or selfishness that motivates the desire to rule others, or ambition that manifests as self restraint, diligence, serious effort, and methodical work.
The energy is moving away from a circumstance in which you felt emotionally or creatively inhibited involving the challenges of illness, aloneness, or isolation. Perhaps a recent decision was due to a difficult love relationship involving a restrictive influence, an attraction outside of your usual norm, or because of residual fears from past involvements. For some, the influence behind a choice was out of concern for children and the need to provide guidance to help support an adjustment to a major life change.
Alternatively, your decision centered on a long term or difficult project with deadlines or large demands that require more organization and efficiency. While the effort is geared toward establishing yourself through the practical application of your skills, if poor preparation, faulty protocols, or the lack of a solid foundation were factors, you became increasingly aware of a pervasive influence with the potential to limit success and weaken your confidence. The response to these conditions might have triggered frustration and a display of the lack of respect or resentment of those in power, authority, or control.
Regardless of the nature of the relationship, situations during this cycle provide the opportunity to reassess the responsibilities that were agreed upon to determine where to draw the line, back out of a commitment, or how to improve the organizational structure of a project. Defining the boundaries becomes the issue that stimulates a renegotiation.
