While you may not fully comprehend the attraction, the situation affords the opportunity to face your fears and address insecurities as you face moral dilemmas, issues of sacrifice, or become aware of the darker aspects of self and others.
If you’re vulnerable, you may allow yourself to be controlled, but you may just as well attempt to dominate each other by using fear, intimidation, jealousy, or manipulation in order to gain power. Financial concerns can be triggered by limited resources, reliance on the funds of others, delays in expected payments, or the withholding of funds. If so, psychological evolution will come through confrontation and can manifest through legal disputes or conditions for money or sex with strings attached.
Your relationship may also face a gamut of challenging sexual issues such as frigidity, impotence, abstinence, lack of fulfillment, or criticism of performance. Restrictive circumstances may be due to illness, absence, or obligatory intimacy. Stressful and inconvenient situations surround extra-marital affairs, attractions that invite criticism from others, or sexual orientation. Alternatively, if you’ve been indiscriminate in the past, you may reconsider your standards for involvement.
This is a period to review the negative habits that control your life, especially those that take a toll on your psychological and physical health. The greater the stress in the environment and/or the more you’re manipulated or controlled by those in your environment, the greater the possibility for health issues to arise. Now would be the time to address compulsions or addictions before there are serious consequences.
