Daily Love & Life Advice – Your Guide to Navigating Relationships

Sometimes sharing the innermost feelings can feel overwhelming or vulnerable, but perhaps acknowledging those fears and giving voice to them is helpful, especially if there are hidden aspects of self or a situation. The response to someone’s truth may be one of compassion given or received, and the possibility of feeling as if a cloud or burden has been lifted, if only because of a heartfelt exchange.
For some, events actually offer a turn of events that makes you feel relieved and thankful. In fact, the compulsion to express may arrive as a passionate declaration of love, a proposal, or a creative and inspiring outlet.
For others, feelings are the catalyst for negative encounters motivated by jealousy, possessiveness, or self-indulgence that end with a bitter or emotionally wounding conflict. If the point of sharing is to manipulate or force an agenda, you risk making matters worse. While you can be too emotional to see things clearly, an upset is likely to provide a realization of how well prepared (or not) you are to deal with a situation. Today, someone could be waiting in the shadows to tell you of their deep feelings or waiting in their shadow to provoke a disagreement.
