The Moon is moving at a deliberate pace in the sign of Libra while emphasizing peace and partnership. In part, your emotional security is motivated by the disdain for confrontation, but the desire to appease can put you at risk for others to take advantage of you. Persons with strong Libra in the natal chart (sun, moon, or rising) will play a major role in upcoming events.

There’s an emotional need that pushes you toward service in working or helping others that can motivate you to become more actively involved with neighbors and community. At best, there’s the demonstration of kindness, benevolence, sympathy and compassion with regard to other people. You may be very concerned with the physical, emotional, or spiritual health of others and this compels a strong desire to communicate. It’s a time of concern for those in need that prompts you to want to help people gain better lifestyles. This may take into account the suitability or type of neighborhood or environment in which to live.

But it’s also a cycle in which the dialogue can do more harm than good, regardless of intent, especially if the choice of words is not carefully considered with forethought. While you may be learning to speak your truth regardless of the consequence, Mercury is still retrograde and can bring a pessimistic attitude and the tendency to either speak harshly or be severely judged. In certain cases, the effort to achieve the kind of happiness established by a sense of home, roots, and stability that allows one to seek fulfillment of professional success has been restricted because of deception and confusion making it difficult to finish what one has started. It may be excess accumulation, family, or matters of the past that are an emotional drain that continues to be problematic. Much energy will be applied at this time regarding concerns about parenting, property, home, and career.

For some, with Juno sitting at the Aries Point, concerns related to what’s wrong with a relationship and the ensuing blockages to emotional/financial security (likely to involve issues of infidelity, fairness, justice, and/or money) will catapult before the public or bring persons unknown into your affairs related to these matters. In fact, the Part of Marriage is opposite Pluto indicating a dramatic change in what you seek from a marriage, relationship, or the attitude toward a mate.

More positively, if you enjoy teaching, writing or public speaking, you can unite heart and mind through the role of writer, psychologist, artist, or counselor or any task that requires the integration of the conscious with the unconscious mind. The answer in the need for intensity is to use the energy for creative pursuits. This might include embracing new technology, enjoying the use of tools, or focusing on the future. Situations allow you to express your ideas to a larger audience, and in turn, grant more recognition as a public personality or authority in your field of expertise. In some cases, this highlights the metaphysician or those drawn to alternative or hidden wisdom. It can be through a love for books or in seeking the guidance of a mentor that focus is placed on a loved teacher or a wise person.

And while the moon doesn’t really support romantic love relationships at this time, the good news is that it’s an excellent period to gain wealth through negotiation. The influence is fortunate for trade and business and indicates a positive answer to questions concerning prosperity. This suggests that careful planning promises business success and monetary gain and could mean a business opportunity on the horizon, a raise, or a lucrative investment. 

Even so, moderation and balance in the midst of abundance is key. The keyword for this cycle is vacillation and can signal either indecision or strong desires that run riot against reason. This may lean toward the artificial, the arts, and the sensuous side of life due to an impulsive nature that’s artistic, restless, and pleasure-loving. If not careful, the danger is of being held at the will and senses of others. The message is not to allow pleasure at receiving wealth blind you to the consequences of unbridled pursuit.
