Shooting it Straight – Water Signs|Jan 27-31, 2020

Here’s a heads-up on the challenge or obstacle you’re likely to face in your love relationship this week (problem) and what’s at the root of it (action). The advice is irreverent, a bit cheeky, unfiltered and admittedly brazen. The message is putting either you or your partner on notice. You know who you are! If you’re offended by the truth or strong language–stop here.

Was the past even all that? One of you could be overwhelmed with memories that stem from ages ago and beyond. You’re taking a backward glance for a closer look at matters that may connect to children or childhood, family, old friends, former lovers, karma, and anything from the past that needs sorting out. This rewind may cause either of you to realize where you’ve been wrong in your estimation of a situation or struggling to see things clearly. Events will either open a doorway with a gift on the other side or have you wishing something would just disappear. It’s time for one of you to get your head out of the clouds (or out of somewhere else) regarding a false promise, confusion, or disillusionment and stop coming up short with excuses or apologies. Until you gain focus on what you’ve been trying to avoid or deny, you’ll find it exceedingly difficult to find enjoyment in the exchange.

And what is it that either of you may need to know but don’t really want to hear?

Get real.

A week of majors brings major lessons involving self-mastery, spiritual evolution, and the use of logic. A situation comes to light that reveals new information or perspective about issues related to communication, travel, or romance. One of you will find it necessary to curb emotions, moods, or impulse when a conflict of interest arises requiring changes in strategy or schedule where time or money is concerned. Focusing too intently on any one aspect of a situation means another matter could spiral out of control. This challenge demands the ability to work in tandem by actively trading roles of lead character and supporting cast if you are to meet with mutual success in wrapping up unfinished business. If you’re in conflict with each other, the first place to make peace is with yourself.

And what is it that either of you may need to know but don’t really want to hear?

Chasing paper.

Family could be getting on your very last nerve, but you’ve got decisions to make about commitment if you expect growth in a relationship, business, or finance. But perhaps a partner feels that some decisions are not really yours to make and that you’ve been stepping out of bounds through a difference of opinion. This may be due to questions surrounding the level of experience, entitlement, or how something’s been managed thus far. You’ll both enter new territory in an attempt to get bottom line answers regarding how best to use time and resources in order to produce maximum results. The hazard is losing sight of what’s really valuable and replacing it with too much concern for outward appearance, tradition, or the material.

And what is it that either of you may need to know but don’t really want to hear?

Risky business.
