Underlying Theme for All the Signs: Despite appearances—all is well with the world and with you. It’s true there are problems, but suppressing your feelings isn’t the solution. Admittedly, life and the challenges of the world loom rather large right now and you may feel overwhelmed by it all. Your response may be to shut off or shut down, and some of your unacknowledged pain may connect to your family, groups, and loved ones. Holding on to traumatic experiences while also being bombarded by social media, news, and noise isn’t healthy. The attempt to run from one sensation to the next leaves your nerves numbed, and eventually, leaves you feeling empty. This is a clue to slow down, connect to your physical self, and grant yourself permission—to feel. Not only do you need to nourish your body, but also your soul. Remember that you can still feel joy and express it to others when you see the love there is to share. It has taken a lot for you to arrive at this moment in the journey; celebrate yourself and all who traveled with you.

Aries
