Underlying Theme for All the Signs: There are no easy answers to life’s hard questions, and this week’s circumstances prove to be no exception. While it could be entirely true that you got a raw deal, the short end of the stick, experienced an injustice, or felt broken by a betrayal, the call is to calm the inner self so that the turbulent waters surrounding your situation can still. But I think to deny your true feelings or be shamed by platitudes is also detrimental to your mental health. Anger is a destructive emotion only when it fails to provoke positive action. To that end, you may need to first face the anger full frontal so that you can use it as a catalyst for change and stop life from playing out on repeat. What’s clear is that you can no longer afford to burn through your precious time here by perpetually revisiting the past and wasting energy and emotions. You disempower your perceived perpetrators when you stop laying blame at their feet and reclaim your own ability to create outcomes. Perhaps it’s time to release the conditioning of negative expectations and stop placing faith in people who don’t deserve it, never did, and were wrong for you in the first place.
