Underlying Theme for All the Signs: What’s at the root of any anxiety keeping you in a state of tension? Your response to stress may be to self-soothe in the attempt to suppress undesired feelings, but the longer you entertain a negative habit, the stronger it becomes. A preoccupation with a particular outcome is doing more harm than good.
