Mars entered Aries, the sign it rules, while linked with the moon. Your response to this new energy might have been one that made you feel nervous, irritated, and with a need to express intense emotions, perhaps even an argument. In some cases, this was compelled by a wish for the truth, honesty, or justice. This restlessness to get something started probably tried your patience making it difficult to wait for matters to develop on their own. For some, the outcome of events would have influence over either starting a partnership or severing a tie. Situations put the daily routine under stress in the area of job, health, or habit patterns, but also provided the opportunity to push for a desired outcome. Central to these situations were unexpected issues of birth, death, money, or other core matters involving children, self-expression, creativity, or lovers. It’s notable that Mars rules guns and in the first day of entrance into the impulsive, action-oriented sign of Aries the action began quite literally with a bang resulting in the unfortunate news of yet another school shooting. For more positive results, this was the kind of energy best suited for physical activity–working out, cleaning, repair work, etc.
